Why we exist

We kept watching the same thing happen. A contractor spends twenty years building a name that people in his town actually trust, and then a newer company shows up with sharper marketing and starts taking the jobs. Then the market shifts again, and the calls that used to come in on their own quietly stop coming.

The work was never the problem. Being found by the right people, at the moment they are searching to solve a problem, is the problem. And the way people search keeps changing while you are busy running crews and trying to grow.

  • Pool builders are the reason a family spends every summer at home together.
  • HVAC companies are the reason a house is bearable in August and warm in February.
  • Concrete contractors pour the thing everything else in a home sits on.
  • Roofers are the reason a family sleeps through a storm without thinking about it.

That work changes how people live and almost nobody ever says so out loud. But none of it matters if nobody can find you.

So we take on the part you should never have had to learn. Something changes almost every month — how Google decides who ranks, AI answers that resolve a search before anyone clicks anything, an entirely new place people ask questions. Staying ahead of that is a full-time job, and you already have one. We do it for you, so that when somebody in your town goes looking for exactly what you do, you are the first name they find and the first call they make.

The problem

Great contractors are being overlooked online.

The company that wins locally is usually the newest one, not the best one. Nobody sat you down and told you the rules had changed, so this has been quietly costing you jobs you never even knew you were in the running for.

  1. 01

You are invisible where it counts

A homeowner searches, the map shows three businesses, and you are not one of them. The quality of your work has nothing to do with it.

  2. 02

    Weaker competitors get found first

Companies you would not hire yourself are taking the call, because they set their Google profile up properly and you never did.

  3. 03

    Visitors land and leave

They reach your website, cannot tell in five seconds whether you do their job in their town, and go back to the results page.

  4. 04

Leads go cold in the truck

The phone rings while the crew is pouring. Nobody calls back until tomorrow. By then they have hired somebody else.

The Hometown Hero system

Three jobs. Nothing else sold on top.

We work on three things and nothing else, so that every hour we spend can be traced to a job you can actually see. We make you easy to find, we make you the obvious one to call, and we make sure that when the phone rings somebody answers.

01

Be Found

Own the three results homeowners actually call.

Your Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field, starting with the primary category, which caps everything downstream if it is wrong. Every service written the way customers search for it. Then a website structured to mirror the profile, so Google can verify what you claim instead of taking your word for it.

93% more calls, clicks and direction requests in the top three than at positions four to ten

02

Be Chosen

Be the obvious pick of the three.

An engine that runs off completed jobs rather than somebody remembering. Every finished job asks that customer, worded to get a real sentence about the work instead of a bare star. Your back catalogue worked through once from your own phone. Replies handled, good and bad.

4.4× the clicks for profiles above fifty reviews versus those under five

03

Be Followed Up With

Nothing that rings goes unanswered.

Missed-call text-back, so a caller you could not reach gets a text in seconds instead of voicemail. Automatic replies on form fills inside a minute. Every call and form tracked to the search that produced it, and a pipeline so no estimate goes quiet because it slipped somebody’s mind.

78% of customers hire whoever responds first — only 12% of contractors answer inside five minutes

Proof

A scan of the whole market. Not a screenshot from our phone.

After: ranking #1 and top-three across the entire local market
Before: buried at rank 20+ across the local market
BEFORE AFTER

A representative before-and-after of a full service-area scan. This is an example, not a named client result — when a client's own grid is cleared for publication it replaces this, with the company, the trade and the market named.

Client work

Sites we built, for contractors who own them.

Every one of these transfers with the client if they leave. That is the whole point.

Where it actually breaks

Five places a job goes missing. You only need one of them to be leaking.

  1. 1

    Visibility

You do not appear on the map for the jobs you want, in the places you serve.

  2. 2

    Selection

You appear, but the profile beside yours has ninety reviews and yours has four.

  3. 3

    Contact

They pick you and then cannot reach you in one tap from a phone.

  4. 4

    Response

They call, nobody picks up, and the next name on the list does.

  5. 5

    Measurement

Work is coming in and you genuinely cannot say which of it came from where.

The first ninety days

What happens, and when. Including the quiet month.

We tell you what we are doing in each phase before we do it, including the month where it looks like nothing is happening, so that you are never left wondering whether you are paying for work that is actually getting done.

  1. 01 Week 1–2

    Baseline and capture

We scan your whole service area before touching anything. That map is the only honest before-and-after you will get, and it cannot be recreated later. Then the phone: missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead, tracking on every call.

The leak stops before a single ranking moves.

  2. 02 Week 2–4

    Profile and reviews

The Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field. The review engine switched on so it fires off completed jobs. Listings corrected wherever they disagree about your name, address or hours.

    Reviews start arriving weekly, unattended.

  3. 03 Day 30–60

    The website

Pages built in batches, one per service, one per category, all pointed at your city and structured to mirror the profile. Published in stages and re-scanned between them, so we can see what actually moved rather than guess.

The quiet month. We tell you in advance.

  4. 04 Day 60–90

    Proof, then the decision

Your map side by side against day zero, with the specific searches that entered the top three named. Jobs and revenue measured against the numbers you gave us on the first call.

    The guarantee is settled here.

Why this company exists

We are not contractors. We are the people the agencies hire.

Josh Madu and Sam Reidy met in the trenches of the marketing world, inside Gym Launch, Conversionly and Elite CEOs. Between them they have run 300+ ad accounts and millions in ad spend, and both climbed to Director of Marketing.

From the inside they watched agencies keep contractors in the dark. Smoke and mirrors instead of an education, jargon instead of results, and reports full of numbers nobody could act on.

So they built the opposite. You work straight with the people building your systems. You know what is happening and why. And everything we build is yours the day we build it, because it was never ours.

  • 300+Ad accounts run
  • MillionsIn tracked ad spend
  • 1Contractor per trade, per market

Check the maths

Do not take our word for the guarantee. Run your own numbers.

By day 90 you will have paid $3,991, so the bar is three times that. Put your real figures in and see how many tracked leads it actually takes to clear it.

These are the same two numbers we record at onboarding. A tracked lead is counted at job value × close rate — not at closed revenue, because a large project does not sign on the first call.

Each tracked lead is worth $9,000
The 3X bar at day 90 $11,973
Leads to clear it 2 tracked leads

Questions

The ones that come up on every first call.

What exactly is the free 7-day test?

We record where you currently rank for three to five searches that matter, work on your Google visibility for seven days, then show you the same scan again. No card, no contract. You keep the scans either way — if nothing moved, you have learned something useful for free.

I already have a website. Does it get replaced?

Only if it is holding you back, and we show you why before touching it. If a page is already ranking, we leave it alone. Rewriting something that works is the most common way agencies cost their clients money.

I already have a CRM. Do I have to switch?

No. ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro — that stays your system of record and we add the capture layer on top. Missed-call text-back is not native to any of them, so that part is ours either way.

What do you actually need from me?

About an hour a month. Access at the start, three numbers on the first call — average job value, close rate, current monthly jobs — and a monthly check-in where we fill in what closed together. That last one is the whole basis of the guarantee.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month to month. The website, the content and the Google profile are yours and stay yours if you leave.

Do you work with my competitors?

One contractor per trade, per market. We are not going to sell the same service to the business you are trying to beat.

Start here

See where you actually rank, before you decide anything.

We scan your whole service area for the searches that bring you real projects and we show you exactly where you sit today, so that you can decide what to do about it with real information instead of a sales pitch. You keep the scans either way.

Qualifying applies. We work with established contractors above $20,000 average job value, one per trade per market.
