Growth Systems for Local Contractors

Built for the contractors
who built the town.

Turn your website and Google presence into a smarter source of high-value projects.

We track your position for 3–5 searches that matter, work your visibility for seven days, then show you exactly what moved. No card. No contract.

The problem

You do the best work in your market. That is not what is costing you jobs.

Four things quietly take projects off established contractors, and not one of them is about craftsmanship.

You are invisible where it counts

A homeowner searches, the map shows three businesses, and you are not one of them. The quality of your work has nothing to do with it.

Weaker competitors get found first

Companies you would not hire yourself are taking the call, because they set their Google profile up properly and you never did.

Visitors land and leave

They reach your website, cannot tell in five seconds whether you do their job in their town, and go back to the results page.

Leads go cold in the truck

The phone rings while the crew is pouring. Nobody calls back until tomorrow. By then they have hired somebody else.

What we do

Three things. That is the whole list.

We do not sell strategy decks, brand work or social media. These three, in this order — the cheap fast ones multiply everything slow and expensive that comes after.

01

Google Maps & Local Visibility

Own the three results homeowners actually call.

Your Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field — starting with the primary category, which caps everything downstream if it is wrong. Every service written the way customers search for it. Hours that include holidays. Then a website structured to mirror the profile, so Google can verify what you claim instead of taking your word for it. Listings corrected everywhere they disagree.

93%more calls, clicks and direction requests in the top three than at positions four to ten
02

Reviews & Reputation

Be the obvious pick of the three.

An engine that runs off completed jobs rather than somebody remembering — every finished job asks that customer, worded to get a real sentence about the work instead of a bare star. Your back catalogue worked through once from your own phone, which converts far better than anything automated. Replies handled, good and bad.

4.4×the clicks for profiles above fifty reviews versus those under five
03

Lead Capture & Follow-Up

Nothing that rings goes unanswered.

Missed-call text-back, so a caller you could not reach gets a text in seconds instead of voicemail. Automatic replies on form fills inside a minute. Every call and form tracked to the search that produced it. A pipeline so no estimate goes quiet because it slipped somebody’s mind.

78%of customers hire whoever responds first — only 12% of contractors answer inside five minutes

Proof

We show you a map, not a screenshot.

Anyone can search their own business and screenshot a flattering result — Google personalises what you see, so it tells you nothing. We scan your entire service area instead. Grey means buried past twenty. Green means the three homeowners actually call.

After working with Elite Builders: ranking #1 and top-three across the entire local market
Before: buried at rank 20+ across the local market
BEFORE AFTER
Drag the handle. A representative before-and-after of the same market — not a specific client engagement. Yours is scanned from your own address, before we start and every month after.

What the scan settles

  • Which neighbourhoods you already win, and which ones a competitor is quietly taking
  • Whether last month's work moved anything, against the day-zero baseline
  • Which specific searches entered the top three, named
  • When to stop building, because more pages have stopped helping

The day-zero scan cannot be recreated later. It is the first thing we do, before a single change.

The diagnosis

Where does yours break?

Five places a local business leaks work. Almost nobody leaks at all five — and the one that is actually capping you is usually not the one you think. Working that out is the whole job of the first conversation.

  1. 01

    Visibility

You do not appear on the map for the jobs you want, in the places you serve.

  2. 02

    Selection

You appear, but the profile beside yours has ninety reviews and yours has four.

  3. 03

    Contact

They pick you and then cannot reach you in one tap from a phone.

  4. 04

    Response

They call, nobody picks up, and the next name on the list does.

  5. 05

    Measurement

Work is coming in and you genuinely cannot say which of it came from where.

Fixing the wrong one is how a year and a retainer disappear with nothing to show. The free test starts by finding out which one it is.

The difference

Most agencies are not in your corner.

Every row below is a decision we made on purpose, and most of them cost us money.

What happens

The first ninety days, written down in advance.

Including the part most agencies leave out — the month where it looks like nothing is happening.

  1. Phase 01Week 1–2

    Baseline and capture

We scan your whole service area before touching anything. That map is the only honest before-and-after you will get, and it cannot be recreated later. Then the phone: missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead, tracking on every call.

The leak stops before a single ranking moves.

  2. Phase 02Week 2–4

    Profile and reviews

The Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field. The review engine switched on so it fires off completed jobs. Listings corrected wherever they disagree about your name, address or hours.

    Reviews start arriving weekly, unattended.

  3. Phase 03Day 30–60

    The website

Pages built in batches — one per service, one per category, all pointed at your city and structured to mirror the profile. Published in stages and re-scanned between them, so we can see what actually moved rather than guess.

The quiet month. We tell you in advance.

  4. Phase 04Day 60–90

    Proof, then the decision

Your map side by side against day zero, with the specific searches that entered the top three named. Jobs and revenue measured against the numbers you gave us on the first call.

    The guarantee is settled here.

Who you are working with

Two people. No account manager in between.

You will talk to the people doing the work. Nothing is outsourced, and nobody is learning on your account.

Build

Sam's operator background goes here — two or three sentences, first person, naming what he actually built and ran.

Fit

This works for some contractors and not for others.

Worth being straight about it before either of us spends time.

Built for you if

  • Your average project is $20,000 or more — pools, remodels, concrete, outdoor living, roofing, restoration
  • You serve a defined local area and intend to own it
  • You can tell us what a job is worth and what you close
  • You have capacity for more work, or will have by season
  • You would rather be the first call than the cheapest quote

Not built for you if

  • Your tickets are small and high-volume — the maths behind the guarantee stops working, and we would rather say so than take the money
  • You want leads this week with no foundation underneath them
  • You are shopping for the cheapest option
  • You want it entirely off your hands — we need about an hour a month
  • You will not tell us what closed. We can still do the work; we just cannot prove it

What it costs

One price. No contract. No upsell waiting behind it.

Everything above is included. There is no bigger package.

Setup$1,000
Monthly$997/mo
  • Today — setup plus first month$1,997
  • Day 30$997
  • Day 60$997
  • Paid by day 90$3,991

Cancel any time. The work has to keep earning its place — if it stops, you should not be paying for it.

3X

Or we work for free.

The jobs we send you will be worth at least three times what you have paid us within ninety days — or we keep working at no charge until they are.

Against $3,991 that is $11,973 in tracked work. For most of the businesses we take on, that is one or two projects.

A lead counts when it arrives through the tracking we install at kickoff. Its value is your own average job value multiplied by your close rate, using the figures you give us on day one — we count leads rather than closed revenue because a large project does not sign on the first call, and you should not have to wait on that to know whether this is working.

Check the maths

Do not take our word for the guarantee. Run your own numbers.

By day 90 you will have paid $3,991, so the bar is three times that. Put your real figures in and see how many tracked leads it actually takes to clear it.

These are the same two numbers we record at onboarding. A tracked lead is counted at job value × close rate — not at closed revenue, because a large project does not sign on the first call.

Each tracked lead is worth $9,000
The 3X bar at day 90 $11,973
Leads to clear it 2 tracked leads

Questions

The ones contractors actually ask.

What exactly is the free 7-day test?

We record where you currently rank for three to five searches that matter, work on your Google visibility for seven days, then show you the same scan again. No card, no contract. You keep the scans either way — if nothing moved, you have learned something useful for free.

I already have a website. Does it get replaced?

Only if it is holding you back, and we show you why before touching it. If a page is already ranking, we leave it alone. Rewriting something that works is the most common way agencies cost their clients money.

I already have a CRM. Do I have to switch?

No. ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro — that stays your system of record and we add the capture layer on top. Missed-call text-back is not native to any of them, so that part is ours either way.

What do you actually need from me?

About an hour a month. Access at the start, three numbers on the first call — average job value, close rate, current monthly jobs — and a monthly check-in where we fill in what closed together. That last one is the whole basis of the guarantee.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month to month. The website, the content and the Google profile are yours and stay yours if you leave.

Do you work with my competitors?

One contractor per trade, per market. We are not going to sell the same service to the business you are trying to beat.

Next step

See if we can move your map in seven days.

We record where you rank today for the searches that matter, work your visibility for a week, and show you the same scan again. No card, no contract, and you keep the scans either way.
